Welcome to The Season Loom. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website theseasonloom.in (the "Platform") operated by The Season Loom Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and transact on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We verify accounts through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email.

3. Products & Pricing

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is displayed in compliance with the Legal Metrology Act, 2009. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to accepting an order. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email from support@theseasonloom.in.

5. Payment

We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. The Season Loom does not store your card details. COD may not be available for all pin codes or order values.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation. We ship across India through reputed logistics partners. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹999; a nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products with original tags and packaging intact, subject to our Return Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Certain items such as customized products, innerwear, and items marked "non-returnable" are exempt from returns for hygiene and customization reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is the property of The Season Loom Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to engage in activities that disrupt the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Season Loom Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution of disputes through our grievance redressal mechanism before pursuing legal remedies.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way encryption (bcrypt). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the item you wish to return, choose a reason, and submit the request. Our team will review and schedule a pickup within 24–48 hours. You will receive updates via email at every stage.

3. Return Process (RMA)

Once your return is approved, our logistics partner will collect the item from your address. After we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated. The full process typically takes 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: innerwear and lingerie, customized or made-to-order products, items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable", and products without original tags or damaged due to misuse.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of defective or wrong items.

6. Exchanges

We offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, we will process a full refund. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window.

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping charges.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to over 27,000 pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners. Enter your pin code on any product page to check delivery availability and estimated timelines for your location.

2. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days. Timelines commence from order confirmation and may vary during sale periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999. Cash on Delivery may carry a nominal handling fee shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime using the "Track Order" page with your Order ID.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned and a refund (minus shipping) processed.

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
